For flights between Hanoi and Hyderabad, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines aircraft on the Hanoi–Singapore and Singapore–Hyderabad sectors once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Business Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Hanoi but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

In Singapore, eligible customers may be invited to relax in the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities, from themed gardens and quiet rest zones to play areas and shower facilities, making shorter layovers comfortable without leaving the terminal. If your connection is longer, you can consider the official Free Singapore Tour, which typically requires a layover of at least 5.5 to 6 hours.

With multiple terminals linked by clear signage and transit systems, you can explore attractions such as indoor gardens, art installations, and viewing decks between flights. Airport hotels and nap facilities are also available if you prefer to rest in a private space during your connection.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:
