For flights between Kuala Lumpur and Perth, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class, where offered between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, includes 35kg of checked baggage. Business Class includes 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights from Kuala Lumpur to Perth once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Kuala Lumpur but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible customers can relax in facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport is designed for comfortable and engaging layovers. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you can consider joining one of the airport’s official transit tours into the city, subject to eligibility and timing. For shorter connections, you can enjoy themed gardens, rest areas, and entertainment zones within the terminals. There are also quiet spaces, shower facilities, and transit hotels if you prefer to rest between flights. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

Kuala Lumpur follows Malaysia Time (UTC+8). Perth uses Australian Western Standard Time (UTC+8) and does not observe daylight saving time. This means that for most of the year there is no time difference between Kuala Lumpur and Perth, making it easy to adjust when you arrive.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:
