For flights between London and Jakarta, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite and Value fares, 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and Suites or First Class (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg), and Suites, First Class, and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines services between London, Singapore, and Jakarta once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and members travelling in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the London–Singapore sector, Economy Class offers a 32-inch seat pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width, Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access, First Class offers a fully flat bed, and Suites on the Airbus A380-800 also feature a fully flat bed.

On the Singapore–Jakarta sector operated by the Boeing 777-300ER, you can choose from Economy Class with a 32-inch seat pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class with a 38-inch pitch and up to 20-inch seat width, Business Class with a fully flat bed and direct aisle access, and First Class with a fully flat bed.

From London to Singapore, you can travel in Suites, First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy Class, or Economy Class, depending on the specific service and aircraft. From Singapore to Jakarta, you can choose between First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy Class, and Economy Class. Availability may vary by flight and date.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy a range of amenities, from indoor gardens and walking trails to quiet rest areas, snooze zones, and family-friendly play spaces. For longer connections of around 5.5 hours or more, you may be able to join an official transit tour into the city, subject to programme availability and entry requirements.

Shorter layovers are ideal for exploring the airport's attractions, discovering art installations, relaxing in comfortable seating areas, or freshening up at shower facilities and transit hotels. There are also many dining and shopping options spread across the terminals.

In London, Singapore Airlines operates lounges at London Heathrow, including dedicated SilverKris facilities for eligible First Class and Business Class customers, as well as frequent flyer members according to their tier. At London Gatwick, eligible customers may access a partner facility such as the No 1 Lounge. Access depends on your cabin class, KrisFlyer status, or Star Alliance status.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers may access a range of lounges, including dedicated spaces for Suites, First Class, and Business Class customers, as well as lounges for KrisFlyer Elite and Star Alliance Gold members. Lounge eligibility is determined by your onward cabin class and frequent flyer status.

London operates on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT, UTC+0) roughly from late October to late March, and British Summer Time (BST, UTC+1) from late March to late October. Jakarta follows Western Indonesia Time year-round (UTC+7). This means Jakarta is 7 hours ahead of London during GMT, and 6 hours ahead when London is on BST.
