For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may take 2 pieces, each up to 23kg, and Premium Economy Class guests 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Business Class guests may take 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. Each individual piece of checked baggage must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is confirmed on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on board once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on eligible sectors of your journey. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should ensure their membership number is added to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase paid plans. The connection is ideal for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.
