For flights between Nagoya and Chennai, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage: in Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, and Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Nagoya but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may be invited to use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport is well suited to transit stops, with indoor gardens, art installations, and quiet zones spread across the terminals. If your layover is at least about 5.5 to 6 hours, you can consider registering for one of the airport’s free transit tours into the city, subject to availability and entry requirements.

For shorter connections, you can stay airside and enjoy facilities such as rest areas, children’s play spaces, and a wide choice of dining options. Select terminals also offer showers and pay-per-use lounges where you can freshen up between flights.
