Throughout the flight, you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, including juices, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and alcoholic beverages where offered. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board for you to enjoy.

For flights between Osaka and Amsterdam, our baggage policy uses the weight concept. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite and Value fares, 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your specific allowance is confirmed on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Osaka to Amsterdam once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both sectors of the Osaka–Singapore–Amsterdam journey, Economy Class seats offer a pitch of around 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width. Premium Economy Class, available on the Singapore–Amsterdam Airbus A350-900 sector, provides around 38 inches of pitch and up to 20 inches of seat width. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available. Eligible customers may be able to relax in facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on eligibility.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Osaka but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you can consider an official transit tour of the city, subject to eligibility and operating hours. For shorter layovers, you can enjoy indoor gardens, quiet rest zones, and entertainment areas airside. There are also refreshing facilities such as transit hotels, spa services, and swimming and shower options within the terminals, as well as extensive shopping and dining. Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Amsterdam is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
