Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. KrisFlyer members enjoy free, unlimited Wi-Fi, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may be able to join one of the airport's official transit tours into the city, subject to eligibility and operating schedules. This is a convenient way to see highlights of Singapore before returning for your onward flight.
