For flights between Singapore and Cebu, our baggage is based on the weight concept. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers may bring up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The exact baggage allowance for your ticket is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Singapore to Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, including those travelling in Economy Class, when your membership number is added to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers, so you can stay connected while keeping bandwidth fair for everyone.

On the Singapore to Cebu route, operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of around 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, providing comfortable legroom for the regional sector.

It is helpful to have your accommodation details handy and to check local guidance for onward transport options in advance.

For flights from Singapore to Cebu, we recommend arriving at Singapore Changi Airport at least 2 hours before departure. This allows enough time for check-in, baggage drop, security screening, and a relaxed walk to your gate. During busy periods, arriving a little earlier can give you extra buffer.
