For flights between Dhaka and Jakarta, our routes use the weight concept for checked baggage. Checked baggage: in Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, and Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. Premium Economy Class includes 35kg, Business Class includes 40kg, and First Class includes 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class and First Class may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Dhaka to Jakarta once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Dhaka but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible passengers may be invited to The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport is designed for comfortable transits, with themed gardens, art installations, and quiet rest areas spread across its terminals. For shorter layovers, you can explore indoor gardens, enjoy relaxation zones, or freshen up with a shower between flights. For longer layovers of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you may join an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and operating hours, to see highlights of Singapore before returning for your onward flight. Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:
