Shenzhen has a warm, humid climate with mild winters and hot summers. Shoulder season runs from March to May and October to November, with temperatures around 20–26°C (68–79°F) and generally comfortable conditions for sightseeing. Peak season is from June to September, when temperatures often reach 28–33°C (82–91°F) with higher humidity and more frequent showers. Low season is from December to February, when temperatures are cooler at about 13–19°C (55–66°F) and crowds are thinner outside major local holidays.
