For Mumbai to Perth flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi: 30kg), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and Suites (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg), and Suites and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Mumbai to Perth once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Mumbai but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible passengers may be invited to facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

Singapore Changi Airport offers many ways to make your layover comfortable, from themed gardens and quiet rest areas to play zones and free movie screenings. For shorter stays, you can enjoy these airside amenities, freshen up in rest areas, or relax in seating zones near your next departure gate.

If you have a longer layover, you can consider joining one of the airport’s official transit tour programmes, which usually require a minimum layover of around 5.5 to 6 hours. These tours let you see highlights of Singapore without managing your own transfers, while ensuring you return in time for your onward flight.
