For flights between Phnom Penh and Busan, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg of checked baggage, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on selected aircraft operating between Phnom Penh, Singapore, and Busan once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is designed for messaging, email, and basic browsing, and does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Phnom Penh–Singapore and Singapore–Busan sectors, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width. Business Class provides a fully flat bed on board, with every seat offering direct aisle access for added privacy and comfort.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Phnom Penh but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

In Singapore, eligible passengers may be invited to relax in the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

At Singapore Changi Airport, longer layovers can be spent joining a free transit tour of the city, which usually requires at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. For shorter connections, you can enjoy airport attractions such as indoor gardens, rest areas, play zones, and quiet seating.

There are also showers, transit hotels, and a wide choice of dining outlets across the terminals, so you can freshen up and enjoy a meal between flights. Wayfinding is clear, and transfer times between most gates are short, making it easy to relax before boarding your next sector.

Phnom Penh follows Indochina Time (UTC+7) and does not observe daylight saving time. Busan follows Korea Standard Time (UTC+9), also without daylight saving time. Busan is therefore 2 hours ahead of Phnom Penh throughout the year.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Phnom Penh–Singapore and Singapore–Busan) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Busan is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
