For flights between Shenzhen and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Business Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service supports messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Shenzhen–Singapore and Singapore–Denpasar Bali sectors operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of around 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width, providing comfortable space for regional travel. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Shenzhen but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers many ways to make your layover comfortable, with themed gardens, quiet zones, rest areas, and a wide choice of dining options inside the terminals. For shorter layovers, staying airside allows you to relax, freshen up, and explore the airport’s attractions.

If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights and meet the programme requirements, you may be able to join an official transit tour to see highlights of Singapore without managing your own arrangements. This can be a convenient way to experience the city during a long connection.
