Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg for Lite/Value fares, 30kg for Standard/Flexi), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and Suites or First Class on the Sydney–Singapore sector (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: one piece up to 7kg in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, and two pieces up to 7kg each in Business Class, First Class, and Suites. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The connection is ideal for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.
