For flights between Zurich and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests may bring 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and First Class 50kg, with each checked bag not exceeding 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Zurich to Denpasar Bali once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, though Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure to enjoy this.
