On Amsterdam–Kolkata flights, we use the weight concept for checked baggage. For Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, and Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. Premium Economy Class includes 35kg, and Business Class includes 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Amsterdam to Kolkata once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can choose from paid plans. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Amsterdam–Singapore and Singapore–Kolkata sectors operated by the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width for comfortable legroom. The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Amsterdam but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible customers may be invited to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and tier.
