For flights between Chongqing and Dhaka, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase paid plans. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

For longer layovers of at least around 5.5–6 hours, you may have the option of joining an official transit tour into the city, subject to operating conditions. Shorter connections are well spent exploring the airport's attractions, including relaxation zones and indoor nature spaces.
