For flights between Dhaka and Kuala Lumpur, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite/Value fares: 25kg; Standard/Flexi: 30kg) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Dhaka to Kuala Lumpur once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Dhaka but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible customers can access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can consider joining a free city tour, which usually requires a minimum layover of around 5.5 to 6 hours. This gives you a brief introduction to Singapore before you continue to Kuala Lumpur.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is very comfortable, with themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and entertainment zones spread across the terminals. You can also freshen up with shower facilities or visit one of the airport hotels if you prefer a private space to rest.
