Beverage Service
Throughout the journey, you can enjoy a range of hot and cold drinks, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee, along with selected alcoholic beverages. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board.

For Mumbai–Cebu journeys, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares; 30kg on Standard/Flexi fares), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and Suites (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg), and Suites and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights between Mumbai and Singapore, and on selected aircraft between Singapore and Cebu, once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Mumbai–Singapore sector, Economy Class offers a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class on the Airbus A380-800 offers a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width, and Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. Suites on the Airbus A380-800 offer a spacious fully flat bed. On the Singapore–Cebu sector operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class offers a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, and Business Class features seats that convert into a reclined, deeply comfortable position with generous legroom.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

At Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may be able to use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Mumbai but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If you have at least 5.5–6 hours in Singapore, you can join one of the official transit tours that take you into the city to see key landmarks before returning to the airport. For shorter layovers, it is best to enjoy the airside amenities at Singapore Changi Airport, such as themed gardens, rest areas, and quiet zones.

Across the terminals, you will find a range of dining options, shower facilities, nap spaces, and family-friendly areas, helping you feel refreshed before your onward flight to Cebu. Some terminals also feature attractions such as indoor greenery and walking trails that are ideal for stretching your legs between flights.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Mumbai–Singapore and Singapore–Cebu) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Cebu is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
