For flights between Paris and Da Nang, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers have 35kg, Business Class customers have 40kg, and First Class customers have 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class and First Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, though Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Paris but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive airside attractions, including indoor gardens, quiet resting areas, art installations, and family-friendly play zones, making it easy to relax between flights. With a longer layover, you can also consider the official free transit tour, which usually requires at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights to join comfortably. Shorter connections are best spent exploring your terminal, enjoying dining options, or freshening up at rest areas or transit hotels. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.
