For flights between Kochi and Milan, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite and Value fares, 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Kochi to Milan once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Kochi but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities, including themed gardens, rest areas, and family zones, so shorter layovers can be comfortably spent airside. You can relax in quiet corners, freshen up, or explore the terminals at your own pace.

For longer layovers of at least around 5.5–6 hours, you may consider joining one of the airport’s official transit tours into the city, subject to eligibility and timing, to see highlights of Singapore before returning for your onward flight.
