For flights between Manila and Cairns, the weight concept applies for checked baggage. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring one piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring two pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Manila to Cairns once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities that make layovers comfortable and engaging, including themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and family-friendly spaces. With a longer connection, you can explore more of the terminals, enjoy art installations, or relax in transit hotels and spa facilities.

For layovers of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you may be able to join an official city tour, subject to eligibility and operating schedules, allowing you to see some of Singapore without leaving transit arrangements to chance. Shorter layovers are well spent staying airside, where dining, shopping, and relaxation options are conveniently located.
