For flights between Riyadh and Surabaya, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers may bring up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Riyadh but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport is designed for relaxing, enjoyable transits, with themed gardens, rest areas, and family-friendly attractions located across its terminals. If your layover is at least 5.5 hours, you can also consider joining one of the airport's official free city tours, subject to eligibility and timing.

For shorter connections, you can stay airside and make use of quiet zones, showers, spa treatments, and indoor nature spaces such as butterfly or sunflower gardens, depending on the terminal. There are also plentiful dining and shopping options to explore between flights.
