Beverage Service
Throughout the flight, a selection of hot and cold drinks is available, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Our signature Singapore Sling is also served on board, alongside a curated range of other beverages to complement your meal.

For Dhaka–Guangzhou flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class is not available on this route. Business Class passengers may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance applicable to your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Dhaka to Guangzhou once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Dhaka but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible customers may be invited to facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide range of ways to spend your layover, from themed gardens and art installations to quiet rest areas and transit hotels. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may consider joining an official transit tour of the city, subject to eligibility and operating hours.

Shorter layovers can be comfortably spent airside, where you will find walking trails, viewing decks, entertainment zones, and family-friendly play areas. There are also shower facilities and nap spaces in selected locations, helping you feel refreshed before your onward flight.
