Beverage Service
Throughout the flight, you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, including juices, soft drinks, teas, and coffees. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board, alongside a curated range of other alcoholic beverages.

For flights between Kolkata and Osaka, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on both the Kolkata–Singapore Airbus A350-900 sector and the Singapore–Osaka Boeing 787-10 sector once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Kolkata but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If your connection is long enough, you can join an official transit tour into the city, which usually requires several hours of available layover time.

For shorter connections, stay airside and enjoy facilities such as walking trails between terminals, relaxation zones, and a wide choice of dining options. Selected terminals also offer attractions like viewing galleries and, in some areas, entertainment and play features.
