For flights between Nagoya and Colombo, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage: in Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. In Business Class, the allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Nagoya to Colombo once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The connection is ideal for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Nagoya but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

At Singapore Changi Airport, a longer layover gives you the chance to join a free transit tour into the city, which typically requires at least around 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. You can see highlights of Singapore before returning to the airport for your onward journey. For shorter layovers, stay airside and enjoy Changi Airports amenities, including themed gardens, rest areas, play zones, and an array of dining and shopping options spread across the terminals. For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:
