For Phuket–Yangon flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Economy Class Lite and Value fares, 30kg for Economy Class Standard and Flexi fares, 40kg for Business Class, and each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Business Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Phuket but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

For a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you have the option to join the official free city tour if your connection meets the minimum layover time, typically around 5.5 to 6 hours. This guided experience lets you see key highlights before returning comfortably in time for your next flight. If your layover is shorter, you can stay airside and enjoy Changi’s facilities, including themed gardens, rest areas, and family-friendly zones. Some terminals also offer quiet spaces and transit hotels if you prefer a shower or a nap. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

Phuket follows Thailand Time, which is UTC+7 and does not observe daylight saving time. Yangon follows Myanmar Time, which is UTC+6:30 and also does not observe daylight saving time. Yangon is therefore 30 minutes behind Phuket throughout the year.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:
