For flights between Brisbane and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers may bring 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Brisbane to Denpasar Bali once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Brisbane but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join an official free city tour when available, which usually requires a minimum transit time of around 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. This is a convenient way to see highlights of the city with transport included from and back to the airport.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is relaxing and efficient. Changi Airport offers themed gardens, quiet rest areas, play zones, and a wide range of dining and shopping options, so you can stretch your legs, enjoy a meal, or simply unwind between flights.
