For flights between Cape Town and Singapore, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Premium Economy Class, you may check in 35kg, while Business Class customers enjoy 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on our Airbus A350-900 services between Cape Town and Singapore once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. KrisFlyer members enjoy free and unlimited Wi-Fi; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure to benefit. Non-members can purchase suitable access plans. The service is ideal for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.
