For flights between Chengdu and Dhaka, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite and Value fares, 30kg on Standard and Flexi), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: one piece up to 7kg in Economy Class, and two pieces up to 7kg each in Business Class. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights between Chengdu and Dhaka once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, although Economy Class members must ensure their membership number is added to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Chengdu–Singapore and Singapore–Dhaka sectors, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, providing comfortable space for the journey. The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Chengdu but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible passengers may be invited to lounges such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport is well known for its transit experience, and if you have at least around 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you can consider joining an official transit tour of the city to see highlights without managing your own logistics. For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy gardens, relaxation zones, quiet areas, and family-friendly facilities in the terminals.

You will also find a wide variety of dining options, shopping, and spaces where you can freshen up or rest. Airport hotels and nap facilities are convenient if you prefer more privacy and sleep between flights.
