For flights between Hyderabad and Cebu, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Hyderabad–Singapore and Singapore–Cebu sectors, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, providing comfortable space for regional flights. Business Class offers a fully flat bed with generous personal space and direct aisle access or easy aisle access depending on the aircraft, designed for restful sleep and relaxed working time.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Hyderabad but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible customers may be invited to use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy a wide range of airside attractions, including indoor gardens, themed zones, relaxation areas, and family-friendly play spaces. For longer layovers, you may join the airport’s free city tour programme, which usually requires a minimum layover of around 5.5 to 6 hours and meets specific eligibility conditions. If you prefer to stay in the terminal, you can make use of quiet napping zones, airport hotels, shower facilities, and a large selection of dining and shopping options. Hyderabad follows India Standard Time (UTC+5:30) and does not observe daylight saving time. Cebu follows Philippine Time (UTC+8) and also does not observe daylight saving time. Cebu is 2.5 hours ahead of Hyderabad throughout the year.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Hyderabad–Singapore and Singapore–Cebu) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Cebu is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
