For Milan to Phnom Penh, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers have 35kg, and Business Class passengers have 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance applicable to your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Milan to Phnom Penh once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Milan–Singapore Airbus A350-900 sector, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, providing good comfort for the long-haul flight. Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch pitch and up to 20-inch seat width, with extra recline and legroom.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Eligible customers may be able to use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport, subject to their cabin class and membership status.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Milan but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join one of the official free transit tours into the city, typically available for layovers of around 5.5 hours or more, subject to operating conditions. These tours offer a convenient way to see highlights of Singapore without arranging your own transport.

For shorter layovers, it is very comfortable to stay airside and explore the airport's amenities. Depending on your terminal, you can enjoy indoor gardens, quiet rest areas, shower facilities, and family-friendly zones, as well as a wide choice of dining and shopping.

If you prefer to rest, consider booking an airport hotel or using a paid lounge or nap area located within the transit zone. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it's an integral part of your journey.
