For flights between Munich and Phuket, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may check 35kg, and Business Class passengers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class travellers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class travellers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Munich to Phuket once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can choose from paid plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Munich but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible passengers may be invited to relax in the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge before departure.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can consider joining the official transit tour, which usually requires at least 5.5 to 6 hours of connecting time. This lets you see highlights of Singapore before returning comfortably for your onward flight.
