For flights between Penang and Cebu, our weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip will be indicated on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Penang to Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Penang but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible passengers may use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy spacious terminals, themed gardens, and quiet rest areas without leaving the airport. Shorter connections are well spent exploring the indoor greenery, browsing shops, or relaxing at a café between flights.

If your layover is longer, you may be able to join one of the airport's official transit tours into the city, which usually require a minimum of around 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. Otherwise, consider booking an airport hotel or using rest zones to freshen up.
