For flights between Perth and Istanbul, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Premium Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 35kg. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Perth to Istanbul once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Perth but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible customers may use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can consider joining the official free city tour, which typically requires a minimum transit time of around 5.5 to 6 hours. This offers a relaxed introduction to Singapore without managing your own arrangements.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is very comfortable, with themed gardens, rest areas, play zones, and in-terminal attractions that help the time pass quickly. Airport hotels and nap facilities are also available if you want to rest between flights.
