For flights between Taipei and Phuket, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, with Economy Class members needing to add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Taipei to Singapore sector, operated by the Airbus A350-900 or Boeing 787-10, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, while Business Class seats convert into fully flat beds with direct aisle access. When departing from Taipei, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may relax in the SilverKris Lounge at Taipei Taoyuan Airport. During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers can access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status.

When you travel from Taipei to Phuket on a single Singapore Airlines itinerary via Singapore, we will usually check your baggage through to Phuket. You can confirm this at check-in in Taipei, where our staff will ensure that your checked baggage is correctly tagged for your final destination.
