For flights between Dhaka and Da Nang, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage: Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers have 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

Cabin baggage: Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Dhaka but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive attractions, from themed gardens and art installations to quiet rest areas and transit hotels, making short layovers comfortable and engaging. If you have at least 5.5 hours, you may be able to join an official transit tour into the city, subject to timing and eligibility.

For shorter connections, you can explore the terminals, relax in seating zones, or refresh at pay-per-use lounges and shower facilities. Families have access to play areas, while many travellers enjoy simply walking between terminals to experience the different zones.

Dhaka follows Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) and does not observe daylight saving time. Da Nang follows Indochina Time (UTC+7), also without daylight saving. Da Nang is 1 hour ahead of Dhaka throughout the year, so when it is 12.00pm in Dhaka, it is 1.00pm in Da Nang.
