Campaign Details

• The campaign is valid for stays from 1 January 2026 to 20 December 2026 and is open exclusively to KrisFlyer members.
• Guests will receive 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles per qualifying stay and enjoy 10% off the best available room rates, with a minimum of two nights stay required.
• The offer applies to bookings made and completed within the campaign period.
• Bonus miles will be credited after the stay is completed.
• Blackout dates may apply, and the offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

How to Participate

• To participate, guests must be registered KrisFlyer members and make a booking for a minimum two nights stay during the campaign period. 
• Reservations must be made through the designated booking channel, and the stay must be completed between
  1 January 2026 and 20 December 2026. 
• Eligible guests will enjoy 10% off the best available room rates, with 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles credited after the stay is completed.

Terms and conditions

• Rates quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• All rates are subjected to 10% service charge unless otherwise mentioned.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card or deposit.
• Members need to show a digital membership card upon check-in. Room rates extended are not transferable for third party usage.
• Blackout date: Public holidays, eve of public holidays and long weekends.

• The hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night room rate for every room booked, in the event of a cancellation made within 7 days of the arrival date.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the total accommodation reservation cost. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
