How to participate

To convert CentaraThe1 Points to KrisFlyer miles:

1. Log in your CentaraThe1 account on www.CentaraThe1.com
2. Select “Transfer my Points” under the “My profile” section
3. Under “Partner”, select “Singapore Airlines”.
4. Under transfer, key in your membership number.
5. Under “Points to transfer" box, key in the amount of CentaraThe1 points you wish to transfer.  
6. Select “Transfer” and confirm your selection.

Terms and conditions

• Once a request to convert CentaraThe1 Points to KrisFlyer miles is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, and the CentaraThe1 points cannot be returned to your account.
