• A minimum of 2 consecutive nights’ stay is required.
• Reservations must be made through the designated booking link provided.
• Blackout dates apply.
• Room is subject to availability allocated for this promotion only.
• KrisFlyer members must present their KrisFlyer membership card upon check-in.
• Guests can only earn miles for 1 room and only for his/her own stay.
• Miles will be issued to the guest whose name is on the invoice of the hotel stay.
• Only 1 guest per room can earn miles.
• Guests will receive miles within 40 - 60 days after their stay.
• Guests can only earn miles on rates and accommodation that are allocated for this promotion.
• Miles will not be issued on other spendings other than the room booked. This includes room service, room upgrade, room early check-in/late check-out fees, laundry, minibar, spa and all restaurant & bars.
• In the event of No-Show, miles will not be issued and first night room rate will apply.
