Throughout your journey you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board.

For flights between Denpasar Bali and Guangzhou, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members.

The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Denpasar Bali–Singapore and Singapore–Guangzhou sectors, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to a 19-inch seat width, providing comfortable legroom for the journey. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Denpasar Bali but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport is designed for comfortable and engaging layovers, with themed gardens, art installations, and quiet zones where you can rest between flights. If your layover is at least 5.5 hours, you may also consider joining an official free transit tour into the city, subject to availability and timing.

For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy facilities such as snooze areas, walking trails, and a wide selection of dining and shopping options spread across the terminals. Selected terminals also feature attractions like indoor gardens and family-friendly play areas.

For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:
