Beverage Service
Throughout the flight, a selection of hot and cold drinks is available, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. You can also enjoy our signature Singapore Sling on board, along with a curated range of other beverages.

For flights between Hangzhou and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers enjoy a 40kg checked baggage allowance. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members are entitled to additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans.

The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing. It does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers, so we recommend using it mainly for light communication and checking essential information during your journey.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Hangzhou but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport is designed for comfortable and enjoyable layovers, with themed gardens, rest areas, and a wide range of dining and shopping options. With at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may also be able to join an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and schedule.

For shorter connections, you can stay airside and explore attractions such as indoor gardens, art installations, and quiet zones to rest between flights. Airport hotels and snooze areas provide additional comfort if you prefer to freshen up or take a nap.
