For Milan to Manila flights, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi fares: 30kg), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on our Milan–Singapore and Singapore–Manila flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, although Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase paid plans. Connections are suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but do not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Milan–Singapore sector, Economy Class offers a 32-inch seat pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class provides a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width, and Business Class features a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. On the Singapore–Manila sector, Economy Class retains a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, while Business Class offers a fully flat bed and direct aisle access for added comfort on the regional flight.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available. Eligible customers may relax in facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Milan but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

At Singapore Changi Airport, longer layovers can be used to join an official city tour if you meet the minimum transit time requirement, typically around 5.5 to 6 hours, giving you a taste of the city between flights. For shorter layovers, you can enjoy themed gardens, rest areas, and quiet nooks in the terminals. Depending on the terminal, facilities such as a swimming pool, nap zones, and a cinema may also be available, helping you refresh before your onward flight.
