For flights between Seattle and Zurich, our baggage policy uses the piece concept. For checked baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Business Class and First Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 32kg, and any single piece must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class and First Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact baggage allowance will be indicated on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members are entitled to additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Seattle to Zurich once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Seattle but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.
