For flights between Hanoi and Riyadh, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Business Class passengers may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights from Hanoi to Riyadh once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. For longer layovers of around 5.5 hours or more, you may join an official transit tour into the city, subject to timing and eligibility.
