For flights between Paris and Surabaya, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may check 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and First Class 50kg, with any single checked bag not exceeding 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Paris to Surabaya once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

If your layover is longer, you may join an official transit tour into the city, which generally requires several hours between flights. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

In Paris Charles de Gaulle, eligible customers can relax before departure in the Star Alliance Lounge. During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may be invited to The Private Room, the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), the SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and membership status.

Surabaya follows Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7) and does not observe daylight saving time. This means Surabaya is 6 hours ahead of Paris in winter and 5 hours ahead in summer.
