For flights between Seoul and Jakarta, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class, 25kg on Lite and Value fares or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Premium Economy Class, 35kg; Business Class, 40kg; First Class, 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are 1 piece up to 7kg for Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, and 2 pieces each up to 7kg for Business Class and First Class. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Seoul to Jakarta once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Seoul to Singapore sector, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, while Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access on both the Boeing 787-10 and Airbus A350-900. On this route, our flights depart from Seoul Incheon International Airport, located west of the city. You will arrive at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, which serves Jakarta and is situated to the northwest of the city centre.

We recommend arriving at Seoul Incheon Airport at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure, as you will check in for both the Seoul to Singapore and Singapore to Jakarta sectors. This allows sufficient time for check-in, security, and a relaxed visit to the departure area.
