For flights between Auckland and Penang, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers have 35kg, and Business Class passengers have 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Auckland to Penang once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. For longer transits, you can join the official free Singapore city tour if your layover meets the minimum time requirement, allowing you to see key sights before returning to the airport. You can also explore terminals connected by the inter-terminal train, visit viewing galleries, or relax in an airport hotel if you prefer privacy and rest. Dining and shopping options are extensive, with everything from quick snacks to full meals and a variety of retail stores. In Auckland, eligible Singapore Airlines customers can relax in the Air New Zealand International Lounge before departure. During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may have access to facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and frequent flyer status.

You may leave Singapore Changi Airport during your layover if you meet entry requirements for Singapore and have sufficient time between flights.
