For flights between Auckland and Riyadh, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg for Lite and Value fares, 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, customers travelling in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Customers in Business Class may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Auckland to Riyadh once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can choose from gardens, quiet rest areas, and a wide variety of dining and shopping options. For longer layovers of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you may join an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and timing. For shorter connections, staying airside gives you time to explore terminals, relax in seating areas, or refresh at airport facilities. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

In Auckland, eligible Singapore Airlines customers departing on the Auckland–Singapore sector may be invited to use the Air New Zealand International Lounge, depending on cabin class and KrisFlyer or Star Alliance status. Lounge access is confirmed on your booking and boarding pass at the airport.

Your bags are typically checked through to Riyadh, and there is clear signage to guide you between gates.
