For Da Nang–Cebu flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi fares: 30kg) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Da Nang to Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

At Da Nangs DAD airport, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may be invited to use the Orchid Lounge before their departure to Singapore. Lounge access depends on your cabin class or frequent flyer status, and the specific arrangements shown on your booking.

During your layover at Singapore, eligible passengers may be able to access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), the SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their class of travel and KrisFlyer or Star Alliance status. Access entitlements are determined by your onward boarding pass from Singapore.

Da Nang operates on Indochina Time (UTC+7) and does not observe daylight saving time. Cebu operates on Philippine Time (UTC+8), also without daylight saving time. Cebu is therefore 1 hour ahead of Da Nang throughout the year.

You will depart from Da Nang International Airport (DAD), connect at Singapore Changi Airport, and arrive at Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB). All Singapore Airlines flights on this route use these airports, making your connection straightforward.
